Player of the Month 2012/13 - May Results
May 2013 is no doubt a month most Albion fans would
rather forget. Only one man scored in it and he
barely featured in the play-offs despite playing a
big part in tearing Palace to pieces just two months
previously. So there are no prizes for guessing our
Player of the Month winner. |

Gus Poyet Suspended
What happens when you try and hold a gun to the head
of a multi millionaire poker player? You tend to
lose. Gus Poyet is finding that out the hard way
with the news that he has been suspended from
Brighton and Hove Albion for breach of contract.

draws and three clean sheets throughout April. With
the impressive month leading to an 11 strong
shortlist for the award, it was a new name on the
roll of honour with regards the winner and a first
place in the top three for another. |

The final home game of the regular season saw the
Albion run out 2-0 winners over Wolverhampton
Wanderers thanks to two goals from Kazenga LuaLua,
which in the process sent Wolves into League One.
