Mode
of Transport:
Tom Witham lead todays outing, as the Witham Mobile
was used to transport the Crocs to Somersetshire. |
 |
Team:
Mr Wilkins chose to name a 4-4-2 line up consisting
of: Kuipers, Whing, El-Abd, Lynch, Rents; Martot,
Hammond, Fraser, Cox; Revell, Forster. |
 |
Kit:
Yeovil wore there delightful kit consisting of
green and white hooped shirts, green shorts and
white socks. The Albion appeared in their all
yellow alternative uniform, while Michel Kuipers
chose his red and gold jersey along with dark
blue shorts and socks. |
 |
Dean
Wilkins Attire:
Mr Wilkins appeared in a suit, coupled with his
regulation trench coat. |
 |
Weather:
Despite warnings of rain in Somersetshire, it
was a clear and bright day, although the temperature
did drop rapidly once the sun disapeared behind
the stand and clouds. |
 |
Stadium
Rating:
Designed for non-league football, Huish Park is
a decent stadium for League One standards. Two
small covered seated efforts down the touch lines,
are complimented by two terraces behind each goal,
with the away offering being uncovered. Only complaint
was the forty five minute wait to get out of the
stadiums single road entrance. 6/10 |
 |
Food
Rating:
McCarthy was happy with the hotdog on offer, being
of the lubricated penis variety. His cup of tea
was, however, a major let down as it appeared
to consist of the urine of six elderly women.
7/10 |
 |
Entertainment:
A mascot that could only be described as a green
monster walking the pitch was about as good as
it got, although the rendition of "I feel
Good" whenever Yeovil scored was particularly
pleasing. 6/10 |
 |
Friendliness
of Locals:
The yocals were extremely friendly, talking about
flooding in the village and all kinds of other
exciting topics. 7/10 |
 |
Standard
of Local Females:
Surprisingly high, with a number of attractive
women on offer all around the ground. It lead
to feelings of jealousy towards their family members,
who were no doubt having intercourse with them.
8/10 |
 |
Steward
Rating:
Very helpful and no trouble
experienced, although slightly over the top with
the amount of stewards moved to the front of the
stand at the conclusion of the game in order to
prevent a pitch inspection. 7/10 |
 |
Flag
Attention:
The flag was deemed unusable for the journey,
due to the lack of hanging positions on offer
inside Huish Park. |
 |
Match
Report:
A cold day in Somerset saw Brighton lose their
second game in a row, to make it only two league
wins in two months. Alex Revell opened the scoring
after good work from Nicky Forster, but a first
half equaliser was followed by a second half winner
for the Glovers, as the Albion slumped to another
defeat in a disappointing game. |
 |
Thought
of the Day:
We pondered why every team in the league didn't
play their home games at the New Meadow, allowing
back-to-back football all day, every day, also
encouraging more football fans to move to Shrewsbury. |
