Mode
of Transport:
We boarded a Virgin for this one, as the long
journey from London to Liverpool was made via
train. It was then a short taxi ride under the
Mersey tunnel to Birkenhead. We hitchhiked from
the ground back to the station with a kind man
who was leaving the game with his child. |

Team:
Adams named the following in a 4-5-1 formation:
Sullivan, Whing, Elphick, Hinshelwood, Richards;
Cox, Virgo, El-Abd, Johnson, McLeod; Forster. |
 |
Kit:
Tranmere were in their famous home uniforms consisting
of white shirts, shorts and socks. Brighton wore
their third choice kits consisting of all sky
blue, while John Sullivan went for a yellow, black
and white goalkeepers jersey coupled with black
shorts and socks. |

Stadium
Rating:
A large stand behind one goal dominates Prenton
Park, with a smaller stand opposite the medium
sized main stand. Away fans are housed behind
one goal in a normal seated stand. 7/10 |
 |
Food
Rating:
The first hotdogs come across for some time that
were not of the lubricated penis style. 8/10 |
 |
Entertainment:
Nothing on offer. 0/10 |

Friendliness
of Locals:
Delightful. We met a friendly Santa Claus, a friendly
taxi driver and a friendly man whom gave us a
lift back from the station after the game. 9/10 |
 |
Standard
of Local Females:
A few attractive ones were spotted, but we had
to come to the conclusion that most of them would
be riddled with STI's due to periods of time on
the game. 4/10 |
 |
Steward
Rating:
Very friendly, allowing fans
to stand and even having a joke with fans. 8/10 |
 |
Flag
Attention:
We were unable to gauge the attention of the flag
as it is currently in Nottingham. Somewhere. |
 |
Match
Report:
Brighton slipped into the relegation zone with
a last minute defeat away at Tranmere. A battling
performance wasn't enough for the Seagulls to
secure a point, as their negative approach in
playing only one man up-front backfired with the
1-0 defeat. |

Thought
of the Day:
How would the people of Liverpool react to us
re-enacting the Rhys Jones shooting? |
