It's fair to say that at We
Are Brighton, we are not the most fitness or exercise
conscious people in the world as is indicated by the
sheer amount of beer and unhealthy food we get through
at away games. However, we put aside our phobia of
physical activity for a very worthy cause that was
cycling from the top of Ditchling Beacon down the South
Dows Way to Stanmer Park. The reason? Despite the clubs
claims in the planning process, the Amex looks
absolutely fantastic from the top of the Downs. On a
clear day it's a shining beacon for development. And
here are the views we encountered on our descent
