WeAreBrighton.com Fantasy Premier League 2011/12 - Halfway Update

With the halfway stage in the Premier League season now with us, it still looks like one of three teams will wind up being the champions. Manchester City still lead the way despite a recent wobble of late, Manchester United are there as you would expect and Tottenham Hotspur are hot on their tales. Steve Kean is somehow still in a job and somehow still remarkably positive about goings on at Ewood Park while Neil Warnock's dream of being a Premier League manager has once again been snatched away in cruel fashion.

The top two in our Fantasy League have switched positions since we last had a look at the table with Andi Jay topping the table with FatRandGrandSlam. He has opened up a 55 point lead over Goldstone Albion managed by Tim Jones who themselves are a massive 64 points clear of kipitwit managed by kipitwit sensei. Nelson Fraga and União Operária Inter sit in the final Champions League spot, two points shy of third. Gervinho's Forehead managed by Paavan Mohindru sit in fifth while the final Europa League spot is occupied by Gorapini Shooters, managed by mahesh silwal

At the bottom, Aquarius FC managed by Ikhwan Rozaidi prop up the table with 468 points. The other sides facing the threat of relegation in the bottom three our Jikun_666 and SEAGULLS managed by Indragiri Jatikusuma and Keith Jackson respectively. There is still all to play for though and plenty of time to turn things around
