half storm from Southampton, a dramatic second half improvement from the Albion sees them

the box. Unfortunately, Chris Wood couldn't repeat
his debut goal from Saturday as Kelvin Davies pulls
off a fantastic save.
Barnes Goal - Peterborough United v Brighton
2-0 at third-placed Peterborough and having already
seen Elliott Bennett miss from the penalty spot,
Ashley Barnes steps up to make it 3-0 from 12 yards,
leading to mental scenes on the finest remaining
terrace in Britain as the Seagulls moved eight
points clear at the top of League One
Murray Goal - Leeds United v Brighton and
Murray nets from the penalty spot to give Brighton
a shock 1-0 lead over Leeds United
at Elland Road, much to the delight of the 900 Albion
fans in attendance. Unfortunately, the home side
would go onto net a 95th minute equaliser to ensure
the Seagulls left Yorkshire with only a point.
Elphick Goal - Aston Villa v Brighton
minutes into a game that Premiership Aston Villa
were controlling quite comfortably, Tommy Elphick
popped up and shocked the Holte End as he pulled
the Albion level with a scrambled goal from a corner.
